If you are within New South Wales, Australia, and are looking for legal advice about disability discrimination, we may be able to help. If you are outside of NSW, please see our Referrals page to find the best contact.
If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service (NRS). Ask for Australian Centre for Disability Law on 1800 800 708.

If you have a complaint about the services we provide, you can put your complaint in writing and send it to the Managing Principal Solicitor:

If you need the assistance of an interpreter or support worker during the complaint process, Australian Centre for Disability Law will offer to organise an independent organisation to help you with this. Please call us on 1800 800 708 or (02) 7229 0061 to discuss your needs.
The Managing Principal Solicitor will look at your complaint within seven (7) days and work towards resolving the complaint between all people involved. You will be told what is being done to resolve your complaint and you may be contacted for more information. We are committed to dealing with your complaint:
