If you need the assistance of an interpreter or support worker during the complaint process, Australian Centre for Disability Law will offer to organise an independent organisation to help you with this. Please call us on 1800 800 708 or (02) 7229 0061 to discuss your needs.
The Managing Principal Solicitor will look at your complaint within seven (7) days and work towards resolving the complaint between all people involved. You will be told what is being done to resolve your complaint and you may be contacted for more information.
